Sonoma County Energy Independence Program (SCEIP) - This is a Property Tax Loan California Assembly Bill AB811 - Municipal Clean Energy Program provides low-interest solar loans to residents and businesses. The loan is repaid via assessments on the residents' property tax bills over 20 years, minimal credit requirements are needed for approval. This is for Sonoma County residents only.
